Please pass along our thanks and accolades to Art Pike and his team at Westgate RV Centre. Our customer was in Kelowna with his new Pinnacle 5th wheel when his air bags blew out from rubbing against the frame bracket for the 5th wheel hitch. He pulled out his RV Care pamphlet and found Westgate RV and went in for help. Of course with the busy summer schedule they were booked solid, but when presented with RV Care Card they went above and beyond to help him. They pulled him around back and even though there were no bays available they had the air bags replaced and back on the road the same day. To say the least, our customer can't say enough about Westgate RV and their staff, and the benefits of the RV Care Network. Thanks to all and WOW! that's great service.

We just wanted to say a big "thanks!" for the care we received while travelling out west with our new RV. It was our first trailer experience which was ambititious to say the least: travelling from near Toronto, Ontario (we live in Oshawa; we purchased our rv from Campkins) to Vancouver, BC! We encountered difficulties from the beginning, but not with the RV, per se: our transmission needed to be replaced in Regina, Saskatchewan, which took a full week from our plans. Needless to say after that, we were very concerned about our vehicle and its towing capabilities, especially through those mountain roads between Jasper and Banff! So we made a decision to leave the trailer behind in Alberta, so as to avoid towing it all the way to Vancouver. Where to safely leave our RV? We phoned up RV dealerships outside of the RV Care Network; they all said no, they couldn't store it for us. We then phoned up Ron Hall at Eldorado in Lethbridge, as well as Jeff Bucar at Bucar's near Calgary. They both were very friendly and willing to allow us to park our RV on their dealerships, even though the RV was not in need of repair. We ended up leaving our RV at Eldorado. We want to thank Ron Hall and his dealership staff again for giving us peace-of-mind to carry out our journey, knowing our RV was in a safe place. We ended up back home safely (new transmission intact!) and look forward to next year's travels much closer to home!

Purchasing our 2002 Embassy RV from O’Connor was a good experience right from the start. The staff checked the vehicle and spent an adequate amount of time doing a walk through explaining all the features. A couple of things needed to be changed. New batteries were installed. Key locks were replaced on the storage bins. During our first trip out we encountered an electrical problem; O’Connor was very prompt and efficient in repairing the problem. All in all we have been very pleased with the purchase and the service O’Connor provided.

From our 1st contact at the Toronto RV show last winter to June 4/2011 when we bought our trailer, the people at CAMPKINS RV CENTRE were the most helpful, friendly & courteous we found at any of the many places we visited. I wish I could name them all, but a special thanks to Jamie McMillan our salesman who impressed us at the RV show & Kevin who noticed my hitch was not adjusted properly & re-adjusted for us. We had a problem with our RV on our maiden voyage from Nova Scotia to the west coast. Our RV Care dealer (Stones) put us in contact with Can-Am in London who fit us in their busy schedule and had us back on the road with a fixed furnace at 4:30. The RV Care network worked great for us. A bonus we didn not expect when we purchased our rig.

Thanks so much for the excellence in RV Care, I was very well received by Ryan and his team at O'Connor RV Centre (Langley, BC), they treated me just like family the same treatment I get with Derek and his team back home at Leisure Time RV Center (Quispamsis, New Brunswick)!

Unfortunately the stab leg shaft was broken beyond repair but lucky for me they were able to get a brand new unit just down the road and I was back in business in no time and they gave me a nice wash-up before I left. A big thanks to Rob who did the dirty work on the leg.

Ryan had to charge me for the part and labour and is doing the paperwork to get me back my money via warranty, obviously a faulty unit, all 3 other legs are working perfectly!

Good Day

I would like to comment on your RV Care Network.

We purchased our 5th wheel at Ruston RV in Burlington, Ontario in July 07.

While travelling to Vancouver Island this past summer just outside Winnepeg we experienced a slow leak in one the RV tires. We checked our brochure to see where the closest RV Care Dealer was and as it turned out it was GNR Camping World. We called to make an appointment and to our surprise they fit us in the first thing the next morning. The tire was repaired and we were on our way with a minimum of delay. We were treated just like family.

We are still currently on Vancouver Island, camping and visiting family. A few issues have occurred with the rig that needed to be taken care of before we return to Ontario in the spring. Once again we checked to see who the RV Care dealer is on the Island. It turns out to be Peden RV Superstore in Sidney. When we contacted them concerning the warranty work and it was just a quick call to Ruston to confirm the details and the work was under way. Once again we were treated like family.

This kind of service takes the worry out of travelling this great country of ours. Thank you, to all of the dealers out there who participate in this great service, to make our travels as enjoyable as possible. We will sing your praises to whom ever will listen.
