If you're not completely satisfied with your RV Traveler's Choice product purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within the first 30 days of purchase*. Whether you made your RV Traveler's Choice product purchase online, or in an RV Care dealership's retail store, you may return it at any of the RV Care store locations.
Items returned in accordance with the guidelines below and accompanied by a store receipt (proof of purchase) will be refunded or exchanged at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales taxes paid.
Note: If products were shipped: Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. If your original shipment was sent COD, the COD charges were paid to the carrier and therefore are not refundable.
- Bring the RV Traveler's Choice product to an RV Care dealership retail store. For a list of RV Care dealership locations, please visit www.rvcare.ca
- Please have with you the store receipt as proof of purchase of the RV Traveler's Choice product.
- Please assure that the store receipt purchase date and the return date are within 30 days. Once validated, the RV Care dealership will either:
- Refund your money (purchase price as indicated on the store receipt PLUS applicable taxes). Costs of installation and/or removal of product (where applied or applicable) are not included in the customer promise return policy.
- Exchange the item. Exchange value is the same as indicated on the receipt. Should you choose a different product, retailed at a higher value, customer will pay the difference. Costs of installation and/or removal of product (where applied or applicable) are not included in the customer promise return policy.
- Once the product has been exchanged and/or refunded, the customer promise has been fulfilled and termed as complete.
Other restrictions and/or considerations may apply. Visit your local RV Care retail store for additional information. RV Care Network Ltd. is the sole proprietor of the RV Traveler's Choice brand of products and accessories and reserves the right to adjust the customer promise return policy from time to time, without advanced notice. RV Care will always offer a fair solution to all RV Care dealer customers who purchased an RV Traveler's Choice product.
* 30 days commencing on the in-store receipt date. For items that require installation: If the customer installed the product, they will be required to remove the product from the unit or devise to receive the refund or product exchange. If installed by a certified RV Care servicing dealer and customer requests a technician to remove the product, there may be added costs that are not included in the 30-day customer promise return policy.
