We have been travelling with our 30ft pull trailer for 2 weeks now (purchased from GNR Camping World in Winnipeg). Today on our way from Colorado to Manitoba, we were having problems with our fridge in our new 2017 Jayco. We used the RV Care app and found out we were close to RV Four Seasons on Youngfield St. We pulled up and right away Steve from Service had someone (sorry I didn't get the name but he was amazing) come out and fix our pilot light in our fridge. We were out in 20 min. No cost. So friendly! So professional!
Thank you RV Four Seasons and RV Care! We are now driving home without worry!

Traveling from Ontario around the East Coast with our travel trailer, our tongue jack died and after trying different things found that the motor was no longer any good. We contacted Adventure Sports RV, Dartmouth, which was listed on our RV Care warranty. They were so accommodating, they told us to bring it right in and they would fix it right away! It actually took longer for the warranty paper work than it did to fix it.
I would like to give a big "Thank you" to George Gooderick Jr. He knows customer service. The young lady at the service desk that took care of our warranty paperwork was so nice and helpful too, we believe her name was Patty. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly and the gentleman that fixed our trailer was fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you to you all at Adventure Sports RV!

During a two month family tour of eight states and eight provinces, problems with our camper trailer required stops at a handful of RV places for repairs. ALL paled in comparison to Primo Sales - particularly Jamie B.!! With axle and tire problems in the maritimes, I emailed Primo as part of the RV Care network about ten days before we got to the area. Jamie was very responsive! Upon arrival, the service was the best I have experienced of any auto / RV place in memory. They properly assessed the issues, fixed them in a timely manner and to our satisfaction for very reasonable cost and went above and beyond in getting us back on the road!! Their communication, service, professionalism and especially their knowledge / expertise is first rate.
If you live in the Ottawa area, you are so fortunate to have Primo in your backyard. This is the first time I have ever felt so compelled to go online and recommend a business but the service we received really is deserving!! Thanks Primo and Jamie!
My husband and I first started our search looking for a tent trailer. We had experience with three other dealers, none of which were RV Care dealers, and boy the experience wasn't good at all. Then we found Bucars RV Centre. We were blown away! From my phone call with Cody Nielsen to actually going in and dealing with them, it was a GREAT experience. Brian Innes was there when we went in and was extremely helpful. Brian and Cody worked together to provide us with exceptional customer service. Knowing we were looking for a tent trailer, they shared their knowledge and experience. This lead us to looking at the Spree Escape, which gave us some more options and things to consider, which was very refreshing coming from other places that just didn't seem to care or want to help us. They even corrected a bad taste in my dads mouth from waaaay back when. AMAZING!
Our decision was easy, we ended up purchasing the Spree Escape. When it came to paperwork everything went smoothly and we got to meet an INCREDIBLE lady, Linda Siminovic, in finance. Another outstanding person with exceptional customer service. Even Paul Sinclair, was friendly and very helpful over email. And heaven forbid I forget the staff in the parts and service, Craig who showed us how to use our RV when we picked it up was super knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful. Please forgive me as I forget the young lady's name that helped us get some items for the trailer, she was also wonderful and very helpful.
These guys all deserve a big shout out! Too often it's easy to complain and see only the negative, I believe in praising those that do a good job, that go above and beyond and these guys did that. Will we go back to Bucars? Absolutely. Will we recommend them to family, friends and strangers? Absolutely without question.
Bucars RV Centre was SUPERLATIVE, in Customer Service, Knowledge and Product!!!
Bought a new trailer a few years back and brought it up here (to Yellowknife, NWT). Packing up our kids, two dogs, aged cat and even a house plant and going from the Ottawa area to Yellowknife knowing RV Care was there along the way was great in terms of peace of mind. I had a few minor issues along the way and my RV Care mobile app brought me to an RV Care facility twice when needed and everything was taken care of. It was a great service.
Excellent service and sales from Stones RV, Sydney Great Staff !!!!! Excellent Staff and service. I was very pleased with all the assistance I received from all the staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent RV Care business to deal with.

I'm contacting you in regards to great service with one of your service centres in Redcliff, Alberta - Holiday RV. My slideout was stuck open on the way to Calgary... I just happen to see Holiday RV, stopped in, mentioned RV Care they dropped everything and brought my motorhome in the shop. They repaired the bad slideout motor and I was back on the road probably a hour or two max... The service staff at Holiday RV, especially Dale the Service Manager, the mechanic that worked on my motorhome went above and beyond the call of duty, also Bonnie Martens at my home base GNR Camping Centre who all worked together to quickly get my motorhome repaired. Best service I have ever had and a special thanks to all people involved including the RV Care Network. Thanks again, I am a very happy camper.
To the friendly staff in the service department at Lardners Trailer Sales:
I just wanted to thank you for quickly getting me on the road again this past August 17th. As you may remember, I had just bought a truck camper in Winnipeg on the 16th and was heading to BC, by way of Fort McMurray, when I noticed that the siding under the cab over bunk was starting to let go and rub against the roof of my truck! I had to continue on to Saskatoon where I was to meet a friend at the airport the next day. I called a dealer that sold the same brand of camper that I had but they (like the dealer I bought from) do not have anybody working in the service department on Saturdays! My only other option was to find an RV Care dealer and hope that their service department worked on Saturdays.
I found your dealership listed in the RV Care brochure and was happy to hear that you would be willing to help me out, even though you don't actually sell truck campers! You quickly made me feel like I was a regular customer and got me going in no time. I will not be touching the so called "quick fix" because it is better than factory!
Keep up the great work, good service is hard to find!

We have a Coachmen Fifth wheel and are currently on a ten-month North American Tour. We left Fredericton NB on July 2 and currently are in Maple Creek Saskatchewan. In our travels along Lake Superior, we had a leak in our slideout and when we arrived at the next community with RV Care service in Thunder Bay we were treated like Queens. Don Keller and his team at Recreation World RV did their best to help us resolve what has turned out to be an ongoing issue with leaks in our slide. We arrived at his dealership on a Tuesday afternoon hoping for an appt on our way out of the city on Thursday. Done - when we arrived Thurs am, the service team of Jessica Stevens; Tina Fraser and Stan Wrigley the technician jumped into action. Don kindly sent us to a local diner for lunch on him as the job required about 3 hours. We really appreciated the efforts and kindness shown. While we were there we picked up some parts and Karen Nuttall the parts manager was great. Being a member of RV Care certainly is a comfort as we continue our travels. Thanks for passing on the compliments and appreciation where it needs to go!

My wife and I were travelling from Vancouver Island when our RV developed a problem near Thunder Bay. We located your dealership - Recreation World RV - via our Canada-Wide RV Service Network brochure and contacted your service department. Your entire staff was nothing short of fantastic. Jessica from your service department received and processed our concern right away. While working on our RV, Russell from your sales department took us aside, provided us with all kinds of hospitality, and gave us a overview of Northern Ontario highlights we would appreciate. What began as a difficulty turned out to be a delight.
We can't speak highly enough of the friendly, prompt, courteous service your staff extended to us. Collectively, they are a tremendous testimony to your dealership and to the value of Canada-Wide RV Service Network.

We had a leaky water pump in our new trailer. We called up Christie's RV in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario at 5 pm in the evening. They had us in at 08:00 in the morning and had our water pump completely replaced in less than one hour! All the staff were very friendly and we were quite impressed at RV Care here.
We wanted to say a huge thanks to the entire team at GNR Camping World for fixing our trailer this morning. We're from Guelph, Ontario and are on a cross country road trip with our two girls. We are travelling with a Shadow Cruiser trailer that we bought at Ruston's RV in Waterdown Ontario. The motor on our trailer awning broke yesterday - we called Ruston's and they told us to look for an RV Care certified dealer. We looked the list up online and phoned GNR. The team at GNR accommodated us at the exact time we'd be passing through Winnipeg. The service was efficient and extremely customer focused. From making sure we had coffee and water, to helping is find a restaurant for lunch and directions, we felt well looked after. Thanks to Bonnie and Dennis in the service department for getting the awning fixed, and for helping determine that the repair costs would be covered by the awning manufacturer.
We'd highly recommend GNR to anyone, and also can't say enough good things about the RV Care network. RV Care came through for us and helped make the remainder of our trip much more enjoyable! We were left with the feeling that our needs were a top priority at GNR, and that the RV Care program was a valuable benefit worth looking for in an RV Dealer.

I find these days you never hear enough of the good things.
On Saturday August 25th my husband and I drove 4+ hours to pick up our brand new 2012 Jayco Tent Trailer at Leisure Trailer Sales. Right from the first phone calls from Bob and Andrew, the experience was amazing! Bob and Andrew were professional and very patient with all of my questions, as this was our very first trailer purchase. We had no clue about hitches, or any of the ins and outs of camping with a trailer. When we arrived that Saturday afternoon all of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. From sales right to the young lady who rang our order thru at the cash. When we inspected our trailer everything was clean and ready to go! The help that was provided in helping us take down the trailer was fantastic. We had no problems setting it up the next day at home.
If ever in the future we need another trailer I would not think twice about drving over four hours to see the great staff at Leisure Trailer Sales. Thank you again for the wonderful, professional experience.

I wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the EFOY 2200. I cannot express how quiet it runs and how easy the set-up was.
We have tucked the unit inside a storage compartment in the front for the trailer. The fridge is louder than the EFOY when it's running (it's a brand new dual door fridge). The fuel is barely used in the 10 litre can of fuel.
Our system consists of a 2500 watt inverter, 4 x 85 watt solar, 4 x Trojan batteries (450 amp hrs), and the EFOY. What a relief now that I can have a hot beverage without hearing a generator running (it's a 2800 watt inverter generator, its quiet). The EFOY is that quiet.
Now, living off the grid is comfortable. We do not worry about cloudy days (no solar) or when we need to use power tools, microwave, etc... The EFOY 2200 delivers the power and is nearly invisible when running.

Please pass along our thanks and accolades to Art Pike and his team at Westgate RV Centre. Our customer was in Kelowna with his new Pinnacle 5th wheel when his air bags blew out from rubbing against the frame bracket for the 5th wheel hitch. He pulled out his RV Care pamphlet and found Westgate RV and went in for help. Of course with the busy summer schedule they were booked solid, but when presented with RV Care Card they went above and beyond to help him. They pulled him around back and even though there were no bays available they had the air bags replaced and back on the road the same day. To say the least, our customer can't say enough about Westgate RV and their staff, and the benefits of the RV Care Network. Thanks to all and WOW! that's great service.

We just wanted to say a big "thanks!" for the care we received while travelling out west with our new RV. It was our first trailer experience which was ambititious to say the least: travelling from near Toronto, Ontario (we live in Oshawa; we purchased our rv from Campkins) to Vancouver, BC! We encountered difficulties from the beginning, but not with the RV, per se: our transmission needed to be replaced in Regina, Saskatchewan, which took a full week from our plans. Needless to say after that, we were very concerned about our vehicle and its towing capabilities, especially through those mountain roads between Jasper and Banff! So we made a decision to leave the trailer behind in Alberta, so as to avoid towing it all the way to Vancouver. Where to safely leave our RV? We phoned up RV dealerships outside of the RV Care Network; they all said no, they couldn't store it for us. We then phoned up Ron Hall at Eldorado in Lethbridge, as well as Jeff Bucar at Bucar's near Calgary. They both were very friendly and willing to allow us to park our RV on their dealerships, even though the RV was not in need of repair. We ended up leaving our RV at Eldorado. We want to thank Ron Hall and his dealership staff again for giving us peace-of-mind to carry out our journey, knowing our RV was in a safe place. We ended up back home safely (new transmission intact!) and look forward to next year's travels much closer to home!

Purchasing our 2002 Embassy RV from O'Connor was a good experience right from the start. The staff checked the vehicle and spent an adequate amount of time doing a walk through explaining all the features. A couple of things needed to be changed. New batteries were installed. Key locks were replaced on the storage bins. During our first trip out we encountered an electrical problem; O?Connor was very prompt and efficient in repairing the problem. All in all we have been very pleased with the purchase and the service O?Connor provided.

This is the fourth motorhome we have purchased from O'Connor RV Centre in Chilliwack. We keep coming back because of the enduring good service, integrity and all round great staff, in the Sales Department and in the Service Department. They are all terrific and bend over backwards to help us. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

From our 1st contact at the Toronto RV show last winter to June 4/2011 when we bought our trailer, the people at CAMPKINS RV CENTRE were the most helpful, friendly & courteous we found at any of the many places we visited. I wish I could name them all, but a special thanks to Jamie McMillan our salesman who impressed us at the RV show & Kevin who noticed my hitch was not adjusted properly & re-adjusted for us. We will recommend CAMPKINS to any of our friends looking for a trailer.

We had a problem with our RV on our maiden voyage from Nova Scotia to the west coast. Our RV Care dealer (Stones) put us in contact with Can-Am in London who fit us in their busy schedule and had us back on the road with a fixed furnace at 4:30. The RV Care network worked great for us. A bonus we didn not expect when we purchased our rig.

Thanks so much for the excellence in RV Care, I was very well received by Ryan and his team at O'Connor RV Centre (Langley, BC), they treated me just like family the same treatment I get with Derek and his team back home at Leisure Time RV Center (Quispamsis, New Brunswick)!
Unfortunately the stab leg shaft was broken beyond repair but lucky for me they were able to get a brand new unit just down the road and I was back in business in no time and they gave me a nice wash-up before I left. A big thanks to Rob who did the dirty work on the leg.
Ryan had to charge me for the part and labour and is doing the paperwork to get me back my money via warranty, obviously a faulty unit, all 3 other legs are working perfectly!
The folks at Leisure Trailers Sales were very professional and very helpful with every aspect of the sale. Our salesman Mark was very informative and the tec thoroughly went through the RV with us before we brought it home. We were very confident in our purchase with them.
Thanks, Jay and Janice

We would like to acknowledge the team at Recreation World RV in Thunder Bay, Ontario. On July 17, 2009, after 2 weeks of cold showers, we needed help. It was an enigma, but with patience and determination they solved the problem.
Special thanks to Allan, Matychuk, Micah Keller, Dale Hilliard and Marty the technician. The entire staff was exceptional.
When we return to Canada we will seek out your dealers for any problems or needs that we may have.

I would like to comment on your RV Care Network.
We purchased our 5th wheel at Ruston RV in Burlington, Ontario in July 07.
While travelling to Vancouver Island this past summer just outside Winnepeg we experienced a slow leak in one the RV tires. We checked our brochure to see where the closest RV Care Dealer was and as it turned out it was GNR Camping World. We called to make an appointment and to our surprise they fit us in the first thing the next morning. The tire was repaired and we were on our way with a minimum of delay. We were treated just like family.
We are still currently on Vancouver Island, camping and visiting family. A few issues have occurred with the rig that needed to be taken care of before we return to Ontario in the spring. Once again we checked to see who the RV Care dealer is on the Island. It turns out to be Peden RV Superstore in Sidney. When we contacted them concerning the warranty work and it was just a quick call to Ruston to confirm the details and the work was under way. Once again we were treated like family.
This kind of service takes the worry out of travelling this great country of ours. Thank you, to all of the dealers out there who participate in this great service, to make our travels as enjoyable as possible. We will sing your praises to whom ever will listen.
